Hire a Wrongful Death Attorney
“Our firm works tirelessly to ensure that the people we work for are granted the highest restitution possible,” says Mark Sweet of Sweet Lawyers.
In filing for a wrongful death case, there is a time limit on when family members can take legal action.
These restrictions are called the statute of limitations. It only allows the bereaved to file a wrongful death lawsuit within a certain amount of time.
Unfortunately, when these expire, the legal claim is no longer valid and the family of the deceased can no longer file a lawsuit.
Thus, it is so important to know and understand these time limitations, as they vary from state to state and case to case.
In fact, when you hire us, our legal attorneys will exhaust every avenue to ensure you get the maximum settlement. They will speak to witnesses, analyze evidence, and obtain important data that will help your case.
