Dwight Carignan Involved in Orondo Fatal Crash

Orondo, WA (October 13, 2022) – On Wednesday, Ascencion Garcia, a 44-year-old Wenatchee man, sustained fatal injuries in a Highway 97 vehicle collision.

According to the authorities, Toyota Tacoma driven by Ascencion Garcia was southbound on the freeway, when it slammed into a massive concrete piece that fell from a northbound semi-trailer driven by 60-year-old Dwight Carignan.

Ascencion Garcia‘s SUV ended in an embankment and he died at the crash scene. 

On the other hand, Dwight Carignan did not sustain injuries from the Highway 97 vehicle collision.
