Arturo Mancia-Dominguez Injured in Suspected DUI Crash on Bench Road [Othello, WA]

Othello, WA (August 17, 2023) – On Wednesday morning, 43-year-old Arturo Mancia-Dominguez sustained injuries following a suspected DUI crash on Bench Road.

Adams County deputies stated that the traffic accident happened at around 2:30 a.m. in the 26000 block area approximately seven miles west of Othello.

Officers said 25-year-old Cody Carlson of Othello rear-ended an orchard tractor driven by Arturo Mancia-Dominguez on the shoulder of the road.

As a result, Arturo’s tractor rotated and rolled throwing him from the vehicle. Arturo was transported to an area hospital for treatment while Carlson was airlifted to a Spokane hospital.

Investigating officers suspect Carlson of driving while under the influence.
