Arthur Injinmej Arrested in Deadly DUI Crash on East Marine View Drive [Everett, WA]

Everett, WA (March 8, 2023) On Monday morning, police arrested 20-year-old Arthur Injinmej after a deadly DUI crash on Marine View Drive.

Police say that the fatal car-tree collision happened at about 4 a.m. in the 700 block of East Marine View Drive.

According to Everett PD, first responders found a man outside a solo vehicle wreck and Injinmej inside the vehicle. Reports say that Injinmej crashed his Infiniti G25 into a tree.

Medics attempted to save the man on the ground, unfortunately, the man succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene.

Meanwhile, medics transported Injinmej to Providence Medical Center Everett. Officials say that the driver had obvious signs of intoxication, which Injinmej later revealed to paramedics that he’d been drinking alcohol, but hadn’t done any drugs.

Authorities booked Arthur Injinmej into the Snohomish County Jail later that morning, for vehicular homicide.
