Drivers Dead in Andrews County Traffic Accident
Andrews County, TX (August 22, 2023) – On August 20, Arnoldo Torres of San Antonio, Alfredo Cuellar of Laredo, and Leopoldo Arreola of Midland, were killed in an FM 1788 collision.
Investigating officers stated that a 2021 Ford F-250 occupied by Cuellar and Torres was northbound on FM 1788.
At the same time, another Ford F-250 with a horse trailer driven by Arreola was southbound on the same road.
Arreola swerved into the northbound lane and hit the vehicle occupied by Cuellar and Torres.
Responding officers declared Arnoldo Torres, Alfredo Cuellar, and Leopoldo Arreola, dead at the scene while the other three people involved in the collision were all rushed to area hospitals. They have either been released or are in stable condition.
The authorities are still investigating the fatal accident.
