Arizona Woman Larose Spencer Killed in Collision on Route 242 [Miller County, MO]

Driver Arrested in Miller County Deadly DUI Crash

Miller County, MO (September 16, 2024) Larose Spencer, 35, of Phoenix, Arizona, was killed in a DUI crash on Route 242 past Sunday midnight.

It was about 12:20 a.m. when the collision happened south of Route MM.

Khalil Manygoats, 26,  and Spencer, were riding in an eastbound motorcycle that travelled off the left side of the road. The motorcycle also struck a median barrier and overturned. 

At that time, the motorcycle passenger,  Larose Spencer, Spencer was ejected.

The vehicle skidded across the center of the road and drove off the right side before it finally struck a curb.

Larose Spencer was killed at the crash scene while Khalil Manygoats has incurred moderate injuries.

The authorities arrested the driver, Khalil Manygoats, on charges of DWI and death of another, felony possession of a controlled substance, careless and imprudent driving and driving with a revoked or suspended license.
