Pilot and Passenger Die after Plane Crash near Show Low Lake
Show Low, AZ (May 25, 2022) – Wednesday evening, the pilot, 53-year-old Anthony Joseph Greco of Maricopa, and the passenger 38-year-old Derek Michael Deutscher of Phoenix died in a plane crash near Show Low Lake.
The fatal plane crash in Show Low happened at around 6 p.m. on May 25,
The Timber Mesa Fire and Medical District and Show Low police responded to the crash scene.
Reportedly, one person died at the crash scene and one was airlifted to a Phoenix-area hospital but did not survive.
No other details on what caused the crash and the exact type of aircraft involved at this time.
NTSB and Show Low police are still investigating the plane crash.
