Anthony Fults Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash on Fullen Road [Avery, CA]

Avery, CA (February 11, 2022) – On January 22, 21-year-old Anthony Fults of Arnold sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Fullen Road.

The accident happened at 7:25 p.m. south of Avery Sheep Ranch Road.

Fults rounded a corner in the roadway and saw an approaching SUV. He feared that the SUV would struck him. So, he laid the motorcycle down to avoid a crash.

However, the SUV struck Fults and his motorcycle. He sustained major injuries.

The SUV stopped but then fled the scene after a minute.

Moreover, reports said that a black SUV with yellow looking headlights was involved in the crash. The driver was a white male wearing shorts. 

Officers said that the SUV should have incurred a broken drivers side headlight. 

Meanwhile, the authorities were not able to locate the SUV and the responsible driver. Police are seeking assistance from the public.
