Ramona Teen Anthony Eunice Dies in San Diego Accident on Arena Way
SAN DIEGO, CA (June 15, 2021) – Sunday night, Anthony Eunice, 17, died and another sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Arena Drive and Arena Way.
According to California Highway Patrol Officer Travis Garrow, the accident happened at around 7:15 p.m. Moreover, it occurred at the intersection of Arena Drive and Arena Way near Ramona.
Reports revealed that a northbound Honda Civic collided with an eastbound Ford F-150 truck, driven by Anthony.
Furthermore, the force of the crash on the 23900 block caused the Ford to roll over, ejecting the teenager into the road.
Meanwhile, authorities believe that the 17-year-old did not wear a seatbelt at the time of the crash. Paramedics pronounced the Ramona teen dead at the scene.
Moreover, responders transported the 55-year-old woman driving the Honda to a hospital with minor injuries.
Also, officials said that it is still unknown if drugs or alcohol played a role in the Arena Way crash.
