GRANADA HILLS, CA (June 16, 2022) – Tuesday night, Anthony Diaz died in a multi-vehicle crash on 118 Freeway and Woodley Avenue.
 
According to Los Angeles Fire Department officer Nicholas Prange, the incident happened at around 6:10 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on eastbound 118 Freeway at Woodley Avenue.
 
Reports revealed that the crash involved at least three vehicles.
 
Moreover, responders pronounced 33-year-old Sylmar resident Anthony Diaz, dead at the scene. Also, paramedics transported two people to a hospital for treatment.
 
Meanwhile, the events leading to the crash remain under investigation.
