32-Year-Old Fatally Struck in Fresno Truck Accident
Fresno, CA (March 20, 2020) – Early Thursday morning, 32-year-old Anthony Choza of Fresno was killed in a fatal truck accident on North Hughes and Weber Avenue.
The Fresno County Coroner’s Office received reports of the crash after 3:30 a.m.
Responders later identified Choza, who was fatally struck by a truck at Hughes and Weber Avenues, just north of Clinton. He was confirmed dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the truck driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated with officers.
The surrounding area of Hughes Avenue was then closed off for a few hours while the investigation continued.
No further information about the cause of the accident is available. The truck driver’s identity still remains unreleased.
