34-Year-Old Anthony Autry Fatally Struck on Interstate 40 [Bushland, TX]

Bushland, TX (April 25, 2024) – 34-year-old Anthony Autry of Atlanta, Georgia, was killed in a pedestrian accident on Interstate 40 Wednesday morning.

It was about 6 a.m. when Autry was hit by a 2007 Ford F250 while walking east in the eastbound lane on the north service road of the freeway.

Responding officers declared Autry deceased at the scene.

Moreover, investigators said the truck driver did not see Autry in the roadway until it was too late.

Officers are still investigating.
