FRESNO, CA (July 3. 2022) – Saturday morning, authorities arrested Angie Thao after a deadly DUI crash on Marks Avenue and Jensen Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol Sgt. Dusten Dimmer, the incident happened at around 4:00 a.m. Moreover, it occurred at Marks Avenue and Jensen Avenue.
 
Reports revealed that a white 2002 Acura RSX ran a stop sign at the intersection. Then, it collided with a black 2013 Nissan truck.
 
Moreover, officials confirmed that a 38-year-old male front side passenger of the Acura died in the incident. Then, responders transported the suspect driver, 24-year-old Angie Thao to Community Regional Medical Center Fresno. Also, the 39-year-old male driver of the Nissan and his 34-year-old female passenger sustained minor injuries in the incident. Meanwhile, a 15-year-old male passenger of the vehicle suffered no injuries in the crash.
 
Furthermore, officials arrested Angie Thao on suspicion of DUI and manslaughter.
 
Meanwhile, the incident remains under investigation.
