Angelita Armenta Killed After Crash on Church Avenue at Clovis Avenue (Fresno, CA)

Angelita Armenta Identified in Fatal Fresno Two-Vehicle Crash on Church Avenue

 
FRESNO, CA (September 23, 2019) — The authorities have identified the woman killed in a crash on Church Avenue as Angelita Armenta of Clovis.
 
The Fresno police said the accident occurred at about 12:15 p.m. Saturday. A man was driving a Toyota westbound on Church Avenue when he ran a stop sign. He then struck another vehicle traveling southbound on Clovis Avenue, occupied by four people including Armenta.
 
The emergency responders transported all five people involved to Community Regional Medical Center. Armenta died in the hospital two days later from her injuries.
 
The other four adults involved are expected to recover as per the officers.
