Angela Milligin Dies in Hit-And-Run Crash on 35th Avenue and Northern Avenue in Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (January 15, 2022) – Friday night, 43-year-old Angela Milligin died in a hit-and-run crash on 35th Avenue and Northern Avenue.

The fatal hit-and-run crash in Phoenix happened at around 9:30 p.m. on January 14.

Phoenix Police said Milligin was crossing Northern Avenue northbound in the crosswalk when she was struck by an unknown vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed.

The driver of the vehicle fled the scene and continued westbound.

Milligin died at the scene.

Authorities are looking for a light-colored vehicle. A better description hasn’t yet been provided.

Further investigation remains ongoing.
