Andrea Dark Dead Following DUI Accident on El Rancho Drive
SANTA CRUZ COUNTY, CA (January 12, 2021) – Sunday night, 28-year-old Andrea Dark died, while Jesse Lemol Vong was arrested in a crash on El Rancho Drive near Highway 17.
At about 9:45 p.m., a resident in the 1300 block of El Rancho Drive called the authorities to report a loud crash.

Then, he crashed into a utility pole, went up an embankment, and struck a tree. Afterward, the vehicle overturned and landed on its roof on the road.
Due to the crash, the authorities shut down both lanes of El Rancho Drive. The lanes remained close for more than five hours while crews removed the tree and fixed the power lines.
