The Next Steps for Pedestrian Accident Cases
While assigning blame is usually one of the last things you would consider doing in a time of a devastating loss, it is important to make sure your family is covered in the face of tragedy.
It is key that the victim’s loved ones know they can take power in the tragic situation, despite feeling defeated by the grief surrounding the matter.
“Insurance companies will try to save money, even if it means not fully compensating a family for the wrongful death of a loved one. When a family retains an attorney immediately, it gives the family time to grieve their loss, and their attorney can start focusing on holding the negligent party accountable,” Tyler Toomey of Sweet Lawyers stated.
