Tragic Auto-Pedestrian Crash on I-40 Kills 34 Year-Old Chico Woman
Needles, CA (December 28, 2023) On Tuesday evening, 34 year-old Amy Arsenault of Chico died after a tragic auto-pedestrian crash on Interstate 40.
According to the CHP, the deadly pedestrian crash happened around 7:16 p.m. on Interstate 40 east of Five Mile Road east of Needles.
Reports say that a passing eastbound vehicle struck Arsenault, and first responders found Arsenault dead at the scene.
Authorities are investigating the auto-pedestrian crash and have not released additional information at this time.
