Amaya Chenot of Fresno Killed in Friant Road Vehicle Crash [Fresno, CA]

T-Bone Crash in Fresno Leads to Fatality

Fresno, CA (April 13, 2023) – On Wednesday, Amaya Chenot, 22, of Fresno, sustained fatal injuries following a Friant Road vehicle crash.

The Fresno Police Department along with EMS responded to the crash scene at around 1:00 a.m. in the area of Shephard Avenue.

Apparently, a tow truck runs a red light and T-boned Chenot’s car, pushing it over the median and into the opposite lane.

Officers and EMS freed Chenot from being trapped in the vehicle and declared her dead at the scene.

Officers are still investigating the Friant Road vehicle crash.
