21-Year-Old Alyssa Mendoza Killed in Semi Truck Accident on 105 Freeway
Willowbrook, CA (January 05, 2021) – On Monday, 21-year-old Alyssa Mendoza of Duarte lost her life in a tragic big rig crash on the 105 Freeway.
The fatal incident took place at about 10 p.m. on the eastbound freeway at Wilmington Avenue.
Mendoza was driving a compact SUV that crashed into a big rig and a wall. Then, it overturned.
The authorities pronounced her dead at the scene.
On the other hand, the semi truck driver did not get hurt in the incident.
The CHP closed lanes 2, 3, and 4 of the eastbound freeway for about three hours while they investigate the incident.
