2 Women Killed in Cantil Auto Accident on Highway 14

 
CANTIL, CA (February 10, 2021) – Authorities identified Alyssa Lennette Lara and Emily Susan Andresen as the victims of a Highway 14 crash that happened in October.
 
The fatal incident happened at around 7:45 p.m. on October 30. According to authorities, it happened on Highway 14 north of Red Rock Canyon Road.
 
26-year-old Alyssa Lennette Lara of Los Angeles and 69-year-old Emily Susan Andresen of Boron drove separate vehicles. According to the Kern County Coroner’s office, as their vehicles crashed, they caught fire.
 
Moreover, the impact of the collision left both victims with fatal injuries. Thus, authorities declared them both dead at the scene.
