Alvaro Cortez Hospitalized in Brutal Hit-and-Run Crash on River Road [Riverside County, CA]

Riverside County, CA (September 29, 2023) On Wednesday morning, 53-year-old Alvaro Cortez was struck from behind in a hit-and-run crash on River Road.

According to authorities, the bicycle accident happened at about 6 a.m. near River Road just before Bluff Street in Norco.
