1 Injured in Turlock Single-Vehicle Accident on W Main Street and West Avenue N

 
TURLOCK, CA (February 16, 2022) – Saturday night, authorities arrested Alma Gonzalezgarcia after a DUI crash on W Main Street and West Avenue N.
 
The incident happened at 10:22 p.m. on W Main Street and West Avenue N.
 
According to reports, the Turlock Police Department, Turlock Fire Department, and American Medical Response all responded to the scene.
 
When they arrived, they found a silver Toyota sedan that had hit a traffic light pole.
 
Meanwhile, 21-year-old driver Alma Gonzalezgarcia of Turlock and her passenger occupied the said vehicle. Alma Gonzalezgarcia suffered no injuries in the crash. However, her passenger sustained minor injuries and American Medical Response transported her to a local hospital.
 
After participating in standardized field sobriety tests, officers found out that Alma Gonzalezgarcia was intoxicated.
 
Meanwhile, the vehicle sustained major damage and was deemed inoperable.
 
At this time, the cause of the crash remains unknown.
 
Furthermore, authorities arrested Gonzalezgarcia and booked her into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center. She’s currently facing charges of driving while intoxicated causing injuries and driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or greater causing injuries.
