Woman Hospitalized after Pedestrian Accident near Shiloh Road
WINDSOR, CA (April 20, 2019) – Authorities identified Alisa Renee Anders as the woman struck by a hit-and-run driver near Shiloh Road, late Saturday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at about 11:20 PM. Due to unknown reasons, a vehicle struck Anders on Old Redwood Highway.
Anders remains in critical condition with life-threatening injuries at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle did not stop at the scene and immediately fled the area. Authorities still have no lead on the suspected hit-and-run driver.
