Alisa Gullatta Dies, Two Hospitalized in Pima Mine Road Three-Vehicle Crash in Tucson

Tucson, AZ (July 29, 2021) – Thursday morning, a 50-year-old Alisa Gullatta of Sahuarita died in a three-vehicle crash on Pima Mine Road.

The fatal crash in Tucson happened at about 8:13 a.m on July 29.

According to the Sahuarita Police Department, a vehicle that traveled eastbound entered the westbound lane, striking one vehicle. The impact hit another vehicle.

Authorities declared Gullatta, the driver heading eastbound dead in the crash.

Meanwhile, EMS then transported the drivers of the other two vehicles to the hospital with minor injuries.
