SANTA ROSA, CA (August 1, 2023) – On Sunday, authorities arrested Alfredo Gonzalez-Gutierrez following an alarming hit-and-run crash near Railroad Street and Third Street.

The incident happened near Railroad Street and Third Street.

According to the Santa Rosa Police Department, according to reports, a vehicle struck a pedestrian and then fled the scene without stopping to provide aid. Then, the victim managed to flag down an officer and ask for help.
