Alexis Ramos Dead in Granger Car Accident
GRANGER, WA (July 25, 2019) – A 21-year-old Sunnyside male resident died in a collision on Vann Belle Road on July 23.
Alexis Ramos drove a southbound 1992 Mercedes 300 four-door on Van Belle Road just east of the Yakima Valley Highway. However, he lost control, drove across the center-line, and hit 45-year-old Serafin Bravo of Granger in a semi-truck.
It is unknown if Ramos died at the scene or in a hospital.
The incident happened at 12:39 a.m. about 1 mile north of Granger.
Authorities are still looking into the possibility of drugs or alcohol as a factor in the collision.
