SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA (October 27, 2022) – Early Sunday, authorities arrested Alexandra Kazas after an electric scooter crash on Park Avenue and Manzanita Avenue.
 
The incident happened just after 1:00 a.m. on Park Avenue and Manzanita Avenue.
 
According to reports, 26-year-old Alexandra Kazas struck two people riding electric scooters. Reports revealed that Kazas’ blood alcohol concentration tested 0.13, nearly double the legal limit of 0.08. As a result, authorities arrested her for DUI.
 
Meanwhile, the victims were from out of the country. Responders took them to a hospital via ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.
 
Meanwhile, authorities set Kazas’ bail set at $75,000 but have since been released from jail. Currently, she’s facing one count of DUI causing bodily injury and one count of DUI 0.08 alcohol causing bodily injury, both felonies.
