Jermaine Allen Involved in 2-Vehicle Collision on State Route 28
Rock Island, WA (July 6, 2023) On Wednesday, 20-year-old Alexander Cervantes of Morrow, Georgia, and 60-year-old Carmen Blanquetochoa of Quincy were hurt in a head-on crash on SR 28.
According to WSP, the 2-vehicle collision happened around 3:30 p.m. on State Route 28.
Reports say that 46-year-old Jermine Allen of Cashmere, was driving westbound on SR 28, when one of the rear tires of his vehicle blew up. The vehicle veered into the opposite land and collided head on with the vehicle Cervantes was driving. Officials say that Blanquetochoa was a passenger on Cervantes’s vehicle.
Both Cervantes and Blanquetochoa were transported to a hospital for immediate treatment. Meanwhile, Allen escaped injuries.
