The incident happened at about 10:26 p.m. on US 183 near the intersection with Annalise Drive, just south of the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
The Austin-Travis County EMS came to the crash scene. Upon their arrival, they found 1 person pinned in their vehicle and required extrication. According to reports, the victim sustained potentially serious injuries.
Thus, a STAR Flight helicopter airlifted the patient to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center.
