The incident happened at around 4:14 p.m. on Haley Street and Salsipuedes Street.

According to reports, a southbound white Nissan sedan ran a red light and collided with a gray-silver late-model van. Then, the force of the crash pushed the van to spin out of control and lightly grazed a stopped Wrangler Jeep.
