1 Person Arrested in El Paso Multi-Vehicle Accident near Artcraft Road and S Desert Boulevard
EL PASO, TX (August 10, 2023) – Tuesday night, an alarming traffic crash near Artcraft Road and S Desert Boulevard injured four people.
The incident started at around 11:55 p.m. when a Texas DPS Trooper attempted to make a traffic stop for traffic violations regarding a white Dodge Ram on Artcraft Road and S. Desert Boulevard.
According to a DPS spokesperson, the white Dodge Ram refused to pull over and rear-ended a Black Honda Accord. Then, the Dodge driver attempted to flee the scene after the crash but was immediately apprehended.
Moreover, responders transported the Dodge driver with minor injuries, a male and a female migrant inside the Dodge with minor injuries and the driver of the Honda with minor injuries, to a hospital for treatment.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
