ODESSA, MO (September 4, 2024) – Monday morning, an alarming small plane crash on 6800 Oakwood Drive injured two people.
The incident happened at around 9:00 a.m. on the 6800 block of Oakwood Drive.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol spokesman Cpl. Justin Ewing, a Zenith CH601XLB, an experimental, kit-type aircraft, took off from Grain Valley and crashed near a residence.
Moreover, officers confirmed that two occupants of the aircraft were treated and released at the scene.
