Injuries Reported in El Paso Auto Accident on Interstate 10 West at Mile Marker 128
EL PASO, TX (October 15, 2024) – Monday morning, a person suffered injuries in an alarming semi-truck crash on Interstate 10 at Mile Marker 128.
The crash involving two semi-trucks occurred at around 9:30 p.m. on Interstate 10 West at Mile Marker 128 in Hudspeth County, about 20 miles east of Sierra Blanca.
A DPS spokesperson reported that one semi-truck rear-ended another, resulting in one of the drivers being airlifted for injury treatment.
The westbound lanes of I-10 were closed at the crash site until around 1:00 p.m.
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
