CULVER CITY, CA (November 18, 2024) – Sunday morning, authorities arrested a driver after an alarming police chase crash on 405 Freeway and Culver Boulevard.

The incident started at around 9:41 p.m. when authorities attempted to pull over a driver for driving on the right shoulder of the 405 Freeway near La Tijera Boulevard.

CHP said that the vehicle fled the scene, got off at Culver Boulevard, crashed into a guardrail, and struck a home on Sawtelle Boulevard.

Officers arrested the driver of the vehicle, while a passenger of the vehicle reported the terrifying moments of the crash.

Authorities confirmed that the suspect the passenger of the vehicle sustained minor injuries in the incident.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
