2 People Hurt in Los Angeles Auto Accident on 405 Freeway and Ventura Boulevard
LOS ANGELES, CA (February 18, 2024) – Friday night, an alarming police chase crash on 405 Freeway and Ventura Boulevard injured two people.
The incident happened at the Ventura Boulevard exit of the 405 Freeway.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Kia Optima being chased by the CHP and traveling at a high rate of speed collided with a CHP cruiser.
Moreover, authorities confirmed that two officers sustained minor injuries in the collision.
Furthermore, officers reported that multiple occupants of the Kia bailed out of the vehicle in Sherman Oaks.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the CHP continued to investigate the crash.
