Injuries Reported in Palm Springs Pedestrian Accident on Tahquitz Way and Indian Canyon Drive
PALM SPRINGS, CA (August 9, 2023) – Tuesday afternoon, an alarming pedestrian crash on Tahquitz Way and Indian Canyon Drive injured 3 people.
The incident happened at about 4:15 p.m. in the 100 block of E Tahquitz Way, just past N Indian Canyon Drive.
According to reports, a vehicle traveled west on Tahquitz Way. However, the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the sidewalk and some poles.
The debris from the vehicle struck two pedestrians. Meanwhile, the driver sustained a significant laceration and was taken to the hospital.
Moreover, the two pedestrians suffered minor injuries and received treatment at the scene.
