ST LOUIS, MO (October 20, 2024) – Friday afternoon, 2 people suffered injuries in an alarming pedestrian crash on South Grand Avenue.

The incident happened at about 2:00 p.m. when a white sedan struck a woman and a child while crossing South Grande Avenue, said the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department.

After the crash, the driver that hit the victims remained at the scene. Meanwhile, responders took the woman and child to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
