LOS ANGELES, CA (August 21, 2024) – On Sunday, an alarming pedestrian crash on Interstate 5 and State Route 14 injured one person.

The incident happened on Interstate 5 and State Route 14.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a black Tesla struck a CHP officer who stepped out of his vehicle to block lanes for a stalled vehicle.

Moreover, authorities believe that the injured officer was transported to Holy Cross Medical Center in the back of a patrol car.
