1 Person Hurt in Oxnard Pedestrian Accident on Fifth Street and Patterson Road
OXNARD, CA (August 30, 2023) – Sunday night, an alarming pedestrian crash on Fifth Street and Patterson Road injured one person.
The incident happened at around 11:40 p.m. near the intersection of Fifth Street and Patterson Road, near the Oxnard Airport.
According to the Oxnard Police Department, a westbound Chevrolet Avalanche SUV struck a pedestrian who was crossing the street.
Moreover, responders rushed the victim, an Oxnard teen, to Ventura County Medical Center with critical injuries.
Furthermore, the vehicle driver, a woman from Port Hueneme, remained at the scene to cooperate with the authorities.
