HOLTVILLE, CA (August 7, 2023) – Saturday night, an alarming motorhome accident on Interstate 8 near Highway 98.

The incident happened just before 12:30 p.m. on westbound Interstate 8 near the Highway 98 junction east of Holtville.

According to reports, a motorhome towing an SUV had a blowout. Then, it ran off the highway and came to rest around 75 feet away from the road.

Officers confirmed that the motorhome landed upright but the towed vehicle was destroyed.
