1 Person Hurt in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on West Houston Street

SAN ANTONIO, TX (May 31, 2023) – Tuesday afternoon, an alarming hit-and-run crash on West Houston Street injured one person.

The incident happened at around 1:30 p.m. on the 400 block of West Houston Street in downtown San Antonio.

According to reports, a vehicle struck a wheelchair-bound woman who was chasing a dog into the street.

Moreover, responders rushed the victim to a hospital with a broken leg and head injuries.

Furthermore, the vehicle driver fled the scene after the crash without stopping to provide aid.

At this time, the circumstances involved in the crash remained unclear. When additional information became available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
