1 Person Hurt in Oakland Auto Accident on Telegraph Avenue near 20th Street
OAKLAND, CA (August 12, 2024) – Saturday morning, an alarming hit-and-run crash on Telegraph Avenue near 20th Street injured one person.
The incident happened at around 2:30 a.m. in the 2000 block of Telegraph Avenue, near 20th Street.
According to the Oakland Police Department, a vehicle ran a red light and collided with a westbound bus. Then, the force of the crash involved multiple parked vehicles.
Moreover, responders transported the driver of the bus with unknown injuries.
Furthermore, authorities confirmed that the driver of the suspect vehicle fled the scene on foot after the collision.
