1 Person Hospitalized in San Diego Pedestrian Accident on Home Avenue and Fairmont Park
SAN DIEGO, CA (March 3, 2024) – Friday night, an alarming hit-and-run crash on Home Avenue and Fairmont Park injured one person.
Reports said that the incident happened at around 11:25 p.m. at 3900 Home Avenue in the Fairmont Park neighborhood.
According to the San Diego Police Department, an unidentified vehicle struck a male pedestrian, and then fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.
Moreover, responders rushed the male victim who was in his mid-40s, to a hospital with brain injuries and lacerations to the head and hands.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the San Diego Police Department continued to investigate the crash.
