PLACER COUNTY, CA (February 1, 2024) – Tuesday afternoon, an alarming hit-and-run crash on Crosby Herald Road and Wise Road injured one person.
The incident happened at around 1:30 p.m. on eastbound Crosby Herald Road at Wise Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a silver sedan struck a bicyclist and then fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.
Moreover, responders rushed the bicyclist to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
