ADELANTO, CA (July 5, 2023) – Friday morning, an alarming hit-and-run crash on Chamberlaine Way near Highway 395 killed one person.

The incident happened at around 6:10 a.m. on Chamberlaine Way near Highway 395.

According to the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station, an unidentified vehicle struck a male pedestrian for still unknown reasons. Then, the vehicle fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.

Moreover, responders rushed to the scene and performed life-saving measures on the victim, but to no avail. Paramedics pronounced the victim, dead at the scene.

Furthermore, officers confirmed that no description of the hit-and-run vehicle was available as of this moment.
