SAN ANTONIO, TX (May 5, 2024) – Friday night, an alarming hit-and-run crash on 1500 US Highway 281 injured one person.

The incident happened at around 7:15 p.m. in the 1500 block of US Highway 281.

According to reports, a pickup truck that was exiting the H-E-B parking lot struck a 46-year-old female pedestrian who was walking on the sidewalk.

Moreover, responders rushed the victim to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Furthermore, the authorities confirmed that the driver of the pickup fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.
