1 Person Hospitalized in San Antonio Auto Accident on Southwest Military Drive and New Laredo Highway

SAN ANTONIO, TX (June 24, 2024) – Sunday morning, an alarming DWI crash on Southwest Military Drive and New Laredo Highway injured one person.

The incident happened at around 1:30 a.m. at the intersection of Southwest Military Drive and New Laredo Highway.

According to reports, a 2020 Ford F150 that was traveling at a high rate of speed, rear-ended a 2014 Ford SUV that was stopped at the red light.

Moreover, responders rushed a 39-year-old male passenger of the SUV to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Furthermore, officers arrested the driver of the Ford for an intoxication assault charge.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
