Injuries Reported in Antioch Auto Accident on 4300 Delta Getaway Boulevard
ANTIOCH, CA (May 19, 2024) – Saturday afternoon, 6 people suffered injuries in an alarming car crash on 4300 Delta Getaway Boulevard.
The incident happened at about 2:00 p.m. on 4300 Delta Getaway Boulevard westbound on Highway 4.
Six patients were injured in the car crash on Highway 4, with six ambulances and California Highway Patrol (CHP) also responding to the scene, fire crews reported. The severity of the injuries or further information on the patients has not been disclosed as of this update.
Fire crews noted that traffic on Highway 4 would be affected. However, as of 2:30 p.m., all westbound lanes had been reopened, according to Contra Costa Fire.
