LAYTONVILLE, CA (November 1, 2023) – Monday afternoon, an alarming auto accident on Highway 101 near Cummings injured 1 person.
The incident happened when a semi landed on its side south of Cummings and north of Laytonville on Highway 101 at around 5:19 p.m.
Meanwhile, the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page, a heavy tractor truck and trailer combo (76,000 lbs) hauling woodchips fell on its right side.
As a result, at least one of the two occupants sustained major injuries.
